Following the citizens' complaints and information, a working group led by Commissioner Sunjid Dugar conducted inquiries into the public and private enterprises of the Orkhon and Selenge Provinces on November 16–17, 2023.
Particularly, the implementation of the provision of the teachers and staff of "Future Stars" Secondary School in Orkhon Province and Selenge Province’s Bayangol Sum Secondary School, as well as the prohibition of discrimination, harassment, and violence in employment and labor relations, was examined.
As part of the inquiry, individual and group interviews were conducted with the teachers and staff of the above schools, surveys and explanations were taken, and necessary documents were collected from the relevant officials and analyzed.
Based on the inquiry results, the Commissioner's recommendations for the prevention of human rights violations and the Commissioner's directives for the elimination and cessation of human rights violations will be delivered to the relevant authorized officials.
Subsequently, the results of the inspection will be reported through the media.
